At Flickigai, that’s where our journey begins.
Born from the idea of combining ‘Flick’ with the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai — finding purpose in what you love — we are a production house and emerging creative studio that believes stories should move people before they move markets.
Today, we collaborate with brands, filmmakers, musicians and creators to bring ideas to life through end-to-end production, line production, branded content, ad films, music videos, docuseries and short films. But beyond the logistics and the lights, we’re building a space where creativity finds both direction and community.
Rooted in Kolkata’s warmth, endless creativity, and the culture of curiosity, yet working with a pan-India vision, we champion independent voices, powerful narratives and stories that celebrate people in all their diversity. Prosenjit Sarkar
The Backbone
If creativity is the heartbeat of Flickigai, Prosenjit is the steady pulse that keeps it alive. As the team’s strategist, anchor and go-to crisis manager, he brings clarity to challenges and keeps every project moving forward, no matter the circumstances. He believes the strongest productions are built on trust, teamwork and preparation. Whether navigating last-minute hurdles, aligning people and processes, or finding solutions when the unexpected strikes, he is the dependable force behind every successful shoot. While others see the spotlight, Prosenjit quietly ensures it shines exactly where it should.
Subhottam Ganguly

Every world on screen begins with thoughtful design, and Sarthak is the architect behind those worlds. He creates spaces that quietly enrich every story, paying attention to the smallest details that audiences may never consciously notice — but always feel. From colours and textures to props and ambience, his work blends imagination with realism. Rooted in artistic curiosity and inspired by diverse cultures, he ensures every set has character, every frame has depth and every story has a believable home.

Chaos Coordinator
Behind every seamless production is someone making a hundred moving parts work together, and that's Soumojit for us. He thrives in organised chaos, keeping schedules on track, teams connected and problems solved before they become visible. His practical mindset and quick decision-making ensure creativity never slows down due to logistics. Whether coordinating resources or handling unexpected challenges on set, he brings efficiency and reliability to every production. Simply put, he makes the impossible feel routine.

Every face tells a story. Every brushstroke sets the mood. Every shade helps shape a character. Godhuli’s artistry goes beyond makeup, it uncovers the person within the performance. From subtle everyday looks to transformative character makeovers, she approaches every project with creativity, precision and empathy. She believes beauty lies in individuality, ensuring every artist feels comfortable in their own skin before stepping into someone else's. Her work quietly enhances performances, one brushstroke at a time.
Nilanjana Mukherjee
Production Ninja
While the cameras roll on one scene, Nilanjana is already preparing for the next three. As our production anchor, she keeps every schedule, resource and coordination effort running like clockwork. Known for her approach and attention to detail, she ensures every production stays organised and stress-free. Whether it's planning logistics, supporting the crew or managing countless behind-the-scenes duties, she makes sure every creative vision has the foundation it needs to come alive. She proves that great productions are built long before the director calls 'Action'.
Ritudi Dorkar
The Fugitive Sniffer
After breaking out from the Central Jail of India, she was absconding from the social & societal sphere for more than 2 decades. Until she was appointed as the head protector so as to take care of the offices of Flickigai. She comes to the office during nights, guards the assets and ocassionally harrasses the stray dogs and cats of the region and can often be seen running egomaniacally after rats on thhe roads, especially post 3.30am. She has a very niche superpower of sniffing poop from a mile away and thus she serves as the chief poop sniffer of the Flickigai Studio Group as well.
